We went in as a group of 9. Had great service. They offered to move tables for us, but we did that ourselves. Everyone was happy with their food choices. 2 of us even went back and added a custard after seeing 1 one of us had gotten. Someone checked if everything was good several times, and picked up our dirty dishes while we continued to visit. After we left i walked back in to thank them for great service, the mgr had already cleaned up our tables and returned the area to normal. (We didnt leave a mess because the employees had already picked up our trays of trash while we visited). Great service. So many places request a tip at the register and provide nothing besides the food handed to you. Freddies went above & beyond

We were pleasantly surprised by our fast food dinning experience here! The food was great with a ton of options! In my opinion it is better than all other fast food options for burgers.

Me and my friends had a grand time at Freddy’s in Idaho Falls! The food was impeccable and the service even better. We had a worker named Cami who helped us and she was so kind and helpful. With a face like that, she should work door to door sales! She even offered to take our trays for us and wiped up our surroundings! Great experience and even better service. We will be returning soon!

Stopped by because there’s no custard place back home. Staff member dropped my bill, which blew away so they had to go retrieve it. Wrong change given but got my chocolate fix which was delicious.

I love Freddy's, I really love the 50's diner feel and at one point they played oldies on the radio but turned "hip" and play now music... which is sad BUT, the food is still pretty good! I have always enjoyed coming here, sometimes the fryer food comes a little dark like the oil needs changed or they left em in too long, but any complaint I've had they have always fixed it and went the extra mile after! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those looking for a good meal. Oh and yes the fries are shoe sting cut (my favorite but a lot of complaints) they are small, thin cut fries better to be scooped up at ate more than one at a time for!

Great service, clean, and great food. We sat down and had our food called almost immediately. Soon after starting eating someone stopped by to ask if everything was good and if he could do anything. My only con from the whole visit is that the Christmas tree was still up halfway into January

I would highly recommend getting the Niko Special Taco. It's not officially on the menu yet so it's a local secret. Some tell the employee that you want a smash burger taco Sub pepper jack instead of American. Add lettuce, tomato, diced onion, and grilled jalapeño.

Yummy, the food was fresh and hot. The burger had all the flavor of a steak I got the double steak burger California style combo, and my daughter got the chicken tenders combo.we both got concrete shapes. Everything was so so good and fresh.
